In Bradow Dock Service you have found a dependable, professional, up north, family run business where service has been done right and on time since 1993.
We take the time to pay attention to details. We offer top quality service of your waterfront equipment whether you need installation, removal, or maintenance. Our service has always been and will continue to be two fold. Striving to offer the best possible service at an affordable price.
The most important person in our company is “you”, the customer. Thank you for allowing us to continue the tradition at Bradow Dock Service. If ever a service is completed that does not meet your expectations, contact us and we will make it right.
Installation priority is determined by what the weather will allow. Wind intensity and direction are critical factors in determining each day’s schedule, making set appointments very difficult. We will do our best to have your waterfront equipment installed prior to your requested date. An email can be sent to you confirming that your waterfront equipment has been installed.
Canopy Cleaning & Storage
If you would like to have your canopy cleaned for spring, now is the time to notify us. To prolong the life of your canopy, we recommend it be cleaned, dried, bagged, and stored in our secure, heated building until spring.
Motor and Battery Storage
We also offer storage of lift motors and batteries. The storage of these items ensures a smooth install next spring because they are available to us at the time of install. You no longer have to worry if the battery is charged and ready to go for the next boating season. It will be charged, fluid filled, and stored off the concrete in our heated storage facility.
Lift Cradle Placement
If your boat lift does not have a wheel, please put it in the upright position before removing the electric cord. Please do not remove canopy strips, springs, ropes, clips, etc from the dock pile. Too often they are not available for spring installation.
